What is my profile?

Your profile contains the basic information you need to access the RadioShack Learning Center as well as some other helpful information. The Your profile link in the right navigation takes you to an area where you manage your name, username, Message Board alias and e-mail preferences. To access courses, you must have a valid profile; however, you can access other forms of content without one. Click the My courses link to see your current courses, completed current courses and past courses.

My student profile information is incorrect. How do I change it?

To update your profile information, click Your profile in the right navigation pane. On the Your Profile page, you can:

• Click Change your password to change your password.
• Click Change your Message Board alias to change the name that is displayed when you post a message to the Message Board.
• Click Change your profile to change your name or e-mail address.
• Click Change your e-mail preferences to change your e-mail settings.

Follow the instructions on the resulting pages to complete your profile information update.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. To create a new password for your profile:

1. Click Your profile in the right navigation pane.
2. On the Your Profile page, click Change your password.
3. Enter and confirm your new password.
4. Click Save Changes when you are done.

What if I've forgotten my password?

For your protection, your password is encrypted in our system. Because it is encrypted, we cannot look up your password information. However, you can follow these steps to have your current password reset to a new password:

1. Click Forgot your password? in the right navigation pane.
2. On the Forgot Password page, enter your e-mail address and then click Submit.
3. Check your e-mail inbox for a message from RadioShack Learning Center online courses with your new password.

Use your e-mail address and this new password to log into the RadioShack Learning Center. This password is randomly generated, so you may want to change this new password to one you can more easily remember.

How do I change my Message Board alias?

The name that appears in the Author column when you post a message is called your Message Board alias. By default, your message board alias is the first letter of your first name followed by your last name (as entered when you created your profile). You may change your Message Board alias at any time. To do so:

1. Click Your profile in the right navigation pane.
2. Click Change your Message Board alias.
3. Follow the instructions on the page to make the change.

What are e-mail settings?

Your e-mail settings control whether you receive offers and updates from qualified RadioShack Learning Center partners as well as the type of e-mail messages you receive from the RadioShack Learning Center. To change your e-mail settings:

1. Click Your profile in the right navigation pane.
2. On the Your Profile page, click Change your e-mail preferences.
3. On the Change Your E-mail Preferences page, specify your e-mail preferences.
4. Click Save Changes when you are done.

How do I keep track of all my courses? How do I see my completed courses?

To access a complete record of your course activities at the RadioShack Learning Center, click Your courses in the right navigation pane. You can view:

1. Your Current Courses: Courses in which you are enrolled that have not yet reached their end date and that still have lessons you have not reviewed. From here, you can click Drop this course if you no longer wish to take the course.
2. Your Completed Current Courses: Courses that you have completed and can view a transcript or download a certificate of completion.
3. Your Past Courses: Courses in which you have enrolled in the past that have reached their end date.

To access all of the posted lessons in your current courses, click the name of the course. Once a course has ended, you will not be able to go back to complete lessons, assignments or quizzes.

To review a list of lessons and assignments you completed, as well as the scores for any quizzes you took, click Transcript for any past or complete course. Quizzes and assignments that you do not complete will not be included in your transcript.
