Course Enrollment FAQs

How do I enroll in a course?

Before you can access course lessons or participate in a course on the RadioShack Learning Center, you need to enroll. It takes only a minute or so to enroll in the course, and when you are done, you can interact with your fellow students and consult with the instructor. You can enroll in a course from the RadioShack Learning Center home page (click Enroll), the All Content Page (click Enroll) or the course overview page. To enroll from the course overview page, click the course's title and then click Enroll. If you are prompted to log in, complete the registration process if you are a new user or log in if you are a returning user.

Other types of content don't require you to enroll. Simply click Begin.

What if the course I want to take has already started? Can I still enroll?

You can enroll in a course at any time. All lessons remain accessible on the Web site 24/7 until the course end date, which is shown on the course overview page. Your instructor will be happy to answer questions on the Message Board any time during the course session.

What if a course I want to take is full?

Each course has an enrollment limit. If the course you want to take is full, fill out the Notify Me form and we will e-mail you when the next session of the course becomes available for enrollment.

How much time do I get to complete a course?

The duration of a course is indicated on the course overview page. You have until the course end date to complete all of the lessons.
